This Agreement is between you ("User") and Translator Series Inc. ("TSI"). By using the Product, you agree to its terms. TSI grants a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, ethical outdoor use, training you to replicate animal calls without playing sounds in the wild (illegal in many jurisdictions). The Product is protected by patents and intellectual property laws; unauthorized use is prohibited. You must use it ethically, per local laws, and assume all risks of wilderness activities, releasing TSI from liability for injuries or damages. The Product is provided "as is" with no warranties, and TSI’s liability is limited. Disputes are governed by [State] law. Continued use accepts updates.
