TSI provides wildlife call training, conservation education, and competition services. You agree to use these services only for their intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including wildlife and hunting regulations in your jurisdiction.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Audio Recordings
When you use the ASCE training system, your microphone input is processed locally in your browser for real-time analysis. Audio recordings submitted for competitions or training verification may be stored on our servers for scoring and leaderboard purposes.
5. Competition Rules
Participation in TSI competitions is subject to specific competition rules posted at the time of each event. Prizes are awarded at the sole discretion of TSI and its sponsors. Any form of cheating, including the use of pre-recorded audio or AI-generated sounds, will result in disqualification.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on TSI, including training materials, audio samples, and software, is the property of The Sounds Institute or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
TSI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to hunting activities conducted after training on our platform.
